POLAR M430 NOT WORKING

Hi

Just got a polar m430 for Christmas and I keep getting an error message reading "something went wrong press ok to reset" This message keeps occurring anyone know how to sort it? tried factory resetting it and it's not working does anyone know how to fix this problem?

Does it need an update? Have you tried googling the error message. Had issues with my polar before now and have usually found google to be a good resource. Also polar are on twitter and are usually very responsive.
