best angle seems to be 26th second and on... penalty or not? opinions greatly appreciated

Yes, penalty. That angle on 26 seconds shows it was a very good decision. Attacker controls/shields the ball, defender tries to play the ball too late and trips him. Penalty and YC. Excellent for me.

i had doubts on live view at first look, wide angle shot... when i watched the goal line camera i saw the defender's attempt to play the ball but failing hence blocking and tripping the attacker... right decision for me... there are debates claiming no penalty... I just need unbiased opinions
