Simple question - when you have multiple games in a single day, what do you do with your downtime to keep yourself in good enough condition? Last year I did youth games after sunday league, which wasn't too difficult provided I wasn't on a 3G, but this year I'm helping out on a ladies' league in the afternoon and I'm wondering if I'll be able to manage the distances throughout the whole day. I'll have about an hour and a half, minus travel time, between the fixtures.
