Misconduct report advice...

Need to write a misconduct report for an SFP red in a friendly. What's best?

1. Short and sweet
In the 6th minute of the game xx tackled an opponent in a dangerous manner, using excessive force, so I dismissed him for serious foul play. I was 10 yards from the incident and had a clear and unobstructed view.

2. A bit more detail
In the 6th minute of the game xx tackled an opponent in a dangerous manner by lunging in from a distance of 2 to 3 yards, off the ground and without control, making direct contact with his opponent's ankle. I judged this to be a use of excessive force and I dismissed xxx for serious foul play. I was 10 yards from the incident and had a clear and unobstructed view.

3. War and peace

Thoughts? To be fair I can't see this being appealed, but you never know.

1. But delete the "in a dangerous manner" part.

2) is nice and short and conveys the situation nicely with little room for argument from the player.

I agree about the dangerous manner comment - i would change that to "lunged into the tackle using excessive force in a manner which endangered the safety of his opponent..." And so on.
