Martinez challenge on Rashford

Can someone explain to me why the Martinez challenge on Rashford isn't a foul when I think a red should be given? Thanks

I see nothing more than a strong fair challenge tbh. Gets all the ball, totally in control. Contact is foot on foot, not dangerous.

Calling that a foul is far more contentious than the other way round.

One of those ‘what football expects’ situations. An outfield player does that exact same challenge and there’s every chance they will be in trouble, whereas it’s perfectly acceptable for a GK.
