Penalty awarded to Man City for handball against Havertz after VAR review. No complaints about the decision, one of the most blatant handballs you will ever see, just not sure why the review took so long before sending the onfield referee to the screen.

Not sure why the referee needed VAR to give that. Clear view of the incident no players blocking view. Bad miss by the ref.

What about DOGSO for the second pen? Had the feeling because it was a cup game and the tie was over, there may of been some leniency there from the ref.

The first handball Rob Jones has too see, thank goodness for VAR hey.

Good, because giving away a penalty is a pretty funny way to stop a promising attack.
