I did mine a week and a half ago - not quite so good as you, only 37/42!

They said I recieve official notification from the national (not county) FA, but haven't had anything yet. Do I get a certificate or something? Do I just now say I'm a level 7?

And how do I update my level on the forum?

I got my certificate a long time after I became level seven, I wouldn't dwell on it too much.

Look at the black bar towards the top of the page, on that bar hover over your username, then click on 'personal details', you can change it in there.
