I'm going for 5-4 promotion next season. I will still be refereeing at step 7 fixtures and club AR and occasionally NAR. Currently, I have very cheap AR flags. Should I now invest in a better set of flags? I have a cup final coming up in a few weeks. Would you recommend investing in a pair of touchline flags priced at £50, or do you have another suggestions? Or Should I stick with my cheap pair?”

If you have the money to, a set of touchline non-buzzer flags will make you look far more professional than the cheap ones, however I wouldn't give them to club ARs because they will get broken.
When I was a level 5 I had touchlines for NARs and cheap ones for CARs. Then at level 4, if you can afford it, you can start to think about buzzers, although I wouldn't say they're absolutely necessary until L3.
