Why not, when the keeper was up to 2 yards off the line?No chance!
I do. The ball is in motion. So is the goalkeeper. The publishers of the article chose to freeze that frame instead of the one at the exact moment the ball was kicked for a reason.The ball is only in motion for a moment. The keeper would step out with her front foot then bring her back foot up - I don't think the images provide a misleading representation.
Personally I think the first is fine, second is probably getting close, but the third must be a retake no matter how bad the kick is. Anybody disagree?
