IDFK Ball touch

A&H International
Two additions. This offence is not just for two touches on IFK, it's for every restart by a player.

And the location of the IFK to opposition is on the spot of the second touch.

Not quite: if the restart is a drop ball, the player can take as many touches as he wants.

(All he can’t do is score directly from a drop ball without another player (either side) touching it.)

One of @one's traps and he's snared you @RefJef

He said every restart by a player.

A dropped ball restart is in play when it touches the floor and can be played by any player once in play.

Also to mention that if the second touch is a handball offence, then the restart is a direct rather than an indirect free kick (or a penalty kick if it's inside the penalty area).
