identical DOGSOs but on different players scenario

I have this question:

2 different red players are pulled back running towards goal for a DOGSO in 2 seperate incidents.

Red player A is a quick nippy striker who has displayed lightening pace.

Red player B is short, 4 stones overweight and can hardly run let alone with any pace.

Are these both a red card or do you take a fouled player's ability into account?

Even at elite levels where everyone knows the characteristics of the players it is very difficult to make decisions based on the speed of players, at grass roots it would be even more difficult.

As a real life example, in the Chelsea vs Brighton game yesterday Estupinian fouled Madueke when he was through on goal. Peter Bankes ruled that it wasn't DOGSO based on the fact that Webster was getting round on the cover, but in reality there was no way he would have been getting there as Madueke is twice the speed to Webster.

Perhaps, but have to be 100% sure for any sending off and with Webster in the vicinity it can be seen why not DOGSO.
