But I am confused I have been reading up and worked on getting my head around the misconduct report forms. am I correct in believing these are now obsolete due to the whole game system? as I have received leaflets about the whole game system but no information about report forms

As far as I'm aware the misconduct forms are still in operation. The FA has a few technical issues with most of its computerised systems.
I wouldn't worry too much. Concentrate on the Laws of the Game and remembering your own name!!!

I've used and sent the misconduct forms just recently, as my account on the WGS wasn't working properly...
