Homemade Match Cards

With the new season fast approaching I have decided to sit down and design some match cards of my own, which will have exactly what I want on them, for easy filling in. Does anyone have any suggestions of helpful things to have on them aside from the obvious bits and bobs? Anything I may have missed which would be useful to have? Cheers
