I started refereeing towards the end of last season, had been meaning to for quite some time and I'm so glad I did it! I'm a Train Driver so I do work a fair few weekends but I'm very ambitious to get to the top. I've looked at this site and I think it's a great tool to use - the experience of other people is extremely valuable. I believe you can learn from other people's mistakes, so hearing your stories is fantastic.
