Has UEFA gone all PGMOL on VAR

Clear and obvious handball, clear and obvious trip, and two other good shouts, but no penalties in City v Zagreb.

Is VAR in the CL now taking its cue from the PL (compared to last season) or is it just UEFA making sure City don't win it? (Yeah, yeah, I know, but when even BT think we've been turned over....)

the handball in particular was a baffling non-decision

it was so obvious when the right replay was shown, i just wonder whether VAR even spotted it in time, certainly none of the city players appealed for it.
