Keeper could easily have moved two foot either side and kicked.

Am giving that. At no time does the striker actually move closer to the gk, and as gk kicks ball, striker has started to move awwy, that for me is as above, gk booting ball off him (with force and on purpose, violent conduct?!)
Yep, I agree with the other two. The keeper has made the decision to kick it against that striker, not the other way round. The only possible offence here is VC for the goalkeeper deliberately striking the attacker with the ball....
