Hard to tell because of the post and the angle isn’t dead on. I’d lean towards no goal because there is probably some overlap with the line given the post is obscuring some of the ball.

I can tell it’s almost definitely not a goal because if you zoom in and look carefully on this one, the ball seems to be flat where the post is, meaning it can’t possibly have fully crossed the line, which is in line with the post

At that moment it looks probable that the whole of the ball has not crossed the line.

However, the ball is a moving object, so there is no possible way to establish whether the ball wholly crosses the line before or after the exact moment in this still image.

Why is the ball shaped like an egg? In the pic it's taller than wide.

This reminds me the picture if the dress and the question if it's silver or gold colour.

From this pic I call it a goal as I see green between any point of the ball and any point of the line.
