Unless there's something specific in Bundesliga regulations I don't see why this is nothing more than a oddity that shouldn't happen at the pro level. What to do if a goal is scored is covered in the lotg. The mistake was caught quickly and nothing happened.

As much as we dont want 12 players on for any length of time, after a 1-4 defeat, in a game they would expect to lose anyway, am never a fan of awarding points to the opponents.
