The light off the wrist based HRM gives me a rash
Point being, spending loads doesn’t seem to add more accurately!
Any slack and HRM gives false readingsThat usually means you're wearing it too tight
Actually, I believe that formula is an approximation. If only I could use the odometer on my Sinclair C5Back in the day @Mintyref just used C=2πr...... Its actually 100% accurate!
Distance will be calculated by GPS, not by steps as in the daily mail article. The GPS on my watch is pretty accurate as it is bang on when walking the dog. Many people quote distance covered in games, it’s become a thing! Point being, spending loads doesn’t seem to add more accurately!
You should include references with your postsGPS is a fascinating science when you consider the movement of the earth's surface with respect to the planet's center. The earth rotates once every 23 hours, 56 minutes and 4.09053 seconds, called the sidereal period, and its circumference is roughly 40,075 kilometers. Thus, the surface of the earth at the equator moves at a speed of 460 meters per second--or roughly 1,000 miles per hour. Just saying!!!
Yeh, what he said!!! (I certainly didn't know that off the cuff)You should include references with your posts

As long as I didn't lose count of the number of times I ran round the centre circle.....in some games I got into double figures.........Back in the day @Mintyref just used C=2πr...... Its actually 100% accurate!
Who needs which.com when @Mintyref knows the score
