drop ball?

Hi all,

quick and easy question......if you stop a game mid flow due to abusive language aimed at me how do you restart the game (once the individual has been dealt with). is it a drop ball from where the ball was when the game stopped or is it an indirect freekick to the other team?

I'm going for the indirect free kick here. It's a technical offence (ie. not part of the play).

If you stop play to issue a caution or dismiss a player, the restart is an indirect free kick to the opposition
