So when you put discipline through on friendlies, do they carry fines and bans?

I assume the answers yes.

(Nothing has happened I'm just curious)

Yes and no.

Cautions carry their usual £12 admin fee and sendings off their usual £15 admin fee, although for friendlies there are no fines on top of the admin fee for red cards, like there are for dismissals in competitive matches (up to and including last season a player being sinbinned twice had an extra £25 fine, don't know whether that will change this season with the change in how second sinbins are dealt with).

A "standard" sending off only means the player is suspended for the club's next friendly match, although any suspensions due to misconduct charges arising from friendlies would apply to all football.
