Does being a linesman count?

I know this may seem like an obvious question but does being a linesman count towards one of the five matches you have to complete before taking the Laws of the Game Exam?

Think it has to be 5 games as referee.

If in England, it is 5 games of football of 11v11 or 9v9 (where offside is being played).

If you get the chance of a line accept it. You will learn so much from working with other refs.Now the season has started you will get 5 games really easily

5 games are middles only but working as an AR will give you valuable experience going forward so do both when given the chance

Some of the best I’ve worked with are lower levels too. Of course there should be the expectation that higher levels = better referee/AR, but there are still some phenomenal ones lower down the ranks
