Cup Final..

I'm not going round in circles on this.

If the offside law said:
"A player in an offside position at the moment the ball is touched by a team-mate is only penalised on becoming involved in active play by:
  • interfering with play by touching a ball passed or touched by a team-mate"
how does it mean any different from what it now says?
