Had s player go down today with cramp. Ball goes out of play and one of the opposing players helps the player on the floor stretch it out. No physio enters the field (this is local leagues so they are not exactly springing into action), however treatment had been administered.

Does the player with cramp have to leave the field or not?

Nope, Only if the player is seen by the physio, doesn't really matter if another player helps them!
