Having a list of considerations is helpful when making decisions as a referee, and having a uniform list of considerations is helpful to allow for consistent refereeing by all refs so players and teams know what to expect on a week-to-week basis. I have attached a list of those considerations here that were sent out by the Canadian Soccer Association which you may find helpful.
