Refereed an Under 18 Inter Divisional Friendly today, during the boot inspection i told both teams individually "This might be a friendly but i will issue yellow/red cards accordingly" A player from both teams commented "But its only a friendly you don't have to use cards" Well they did listen no Y/R cards used
