Captains only - how are you doing?

Had my first match today under the new “only captains can approach the ref”… and I know many members here have had a few more weeks.

How are you dealing with it?
Are you using the hand/halt signal - and when?
Has it changed your approach (i.e. are you more careful about moving towards action areas after whistling?
Are you briefing the captains?

First week I had keeper was captain so had to nominate a player who then gets a injury 6 mins in but other than that issue it’s been ok but that is a minor issue that can happen.
