I put 3 from same family off once at a summer league game, I serious never clicked until I wrote the reports (in those days you filled out name and address)

Am sure someone also double yellowed the wrong twin once also.....

I've sent a few pairs of brother off too, One I remember head butted a player and his brother called me a **** as we walked off....Double bye bye.
I nearly double yellowed an identical twin.... luckily I was poised with the second yellow but they reminded me they were identical.. apart from their positions and numbers LOL!! Nearly an OOps..

Ive also sent off 3 brothers and also carded the playing dad of the one family (but not all in the same game).... A very competitive set they were!! Good footballers too, but walking cards!!!

I was soon close to doing this......just managed to realise the different first name as I reached for the red........

Sent off 2 horrible brothers in thw Sheffield u18 league. Ended up being my only ever abandonment after they got another 3 reds!!
