How was it even a penalty!!! Contact started and practically finished outside the box!!
Worst refereeing performance so far of the WC.
Silva was a RC how he decided it was only a YC baffles me. The moment he blew the whistle he had to go. Not much fun watching in Portugal with Holland supporters.
Also the 2 YC for De Guzman and Robben were not given the level of what has been done at this WC.
Apart from the referee, can the Brazil be any worse - what was De Luz doing heading the ball back into play when it shoudl have gone over the bar. PSG have massively overpaid.

To me it implies that contact did finish in the box but, as I say, I haven't seen it
Having seen the side-on reply many times, he has a second grab (all part of the same foul) and I reckon that was on the line, so the penalty was probably correct, but red card for sure.

Just that from different angles it looks to be in a different place. Who'd be a ref, eh?
