Back before City had mega money even their own balloons were against them... Nobody liked them even back then!! Hart didn't know what to save!!

Surely the ref needed to do something before these became a problem!!

At a game in Ireland recently where the referee stopped the game when the away fans threw toilet paper onto the pitch near the assistant referee. I think every referee has to have common sense and address things thrown onto a field of play before a team is in an attacking position and avoid a potentially game changing moment.
