Attaching Badges

For a range of very complex reasons which are for another thread, I've got about 5800 different badges/patches that need to be on my kits interchangeably throughout 2020. I also need to use tape for this rather than velcro - long story, again - similar to what a lot of FIFA officials use. Any suggestions for tape to use?
