This is an interesting question, what are your thoughts and decision?

A defender, standing immediately next to his team's goal post, denied an obvious goal scoring opportunity to the opposing team by intentionally handling the ball. The ball, however, landed next to the opposing team's attacking player who also had an obvious goal scoring opportunity. The Referee decided to apply an advantage rule, but before it had a chance to materialize, another defender committed a reckless foul on the attacking player in possession of the ball. The attacking player never managed to take a shot on goal. The Referee stopped the play and at that time was advised by the Assistant Referee that the "goalkeeper", who made the save is a substitute goalkeeper, who switched places during the half time with the starting goalkeeper, without notifying the Referee. What should the Referee do?

A) Award a Penalty Kick and Send Off both defenders as well as the "substitute" goalkeeper

B) Award a Penalty Kick, Send Off both defenders and Caution the "substitute" goalkeeper

C) Award an Indirect Free Kick and Send Off both defenders as well as the "substitute" goalkeeper

D) Award an Indirect Free Kick, Send Off both defenders and Caution the "substitute" goalkeeper

E) Award a Penalty Kick, Caution the first defender, Send Off the second defender and Caution the "substitute" goalkeeper

None of the above:

Send off the handling defender, caution the second defender for his reckless challenge and caution the goalkeeper for entering the FoP without my permission (I'm assuming that there is not a rule in this competition which allows unlimited substitutions at half time, otherwise nothing for the substituted GK).

The reason: the handling DOGSO happened before the reckless challenge and is therefore the one that I punish. The advantage that I tried to play never materialized as the player never had a chance to take the shot and, therefore, the second instance is not DOGSO. Restart is a PK for obvious reasons.
