After a player has been sin binned and his 10 minutes are complete, should you wait for the ball to go out of play before calling the player back on or can the player come on whilst the ball is in play?
Ball in or out of play, as long as the player enters when you tell them to.
Changes a little for GK - he comes on as an outfield player if he comes on when the ball is in play, then changes back to GK in a stoppage (and informs the ref first!)
