To be fair, I think the offside decision at 3:49 is correct...it looks like his right leg is ahead of the last defender. But it's not a great angle

It's a hard life being an official sometimes

the ref decided totti dived from a long way away and a bad angle anyway, being on the wrong side to see what happened. Took him an age to get to the position of the supposed offence after the whistle, so can only guess he got some advice from his AR?
