    Level 4 to Level 3 Promotion / Assessment Days

    Is it possible if someone gets their 5 to 4 promotion in December / January after a successful annual scheme that they could move to level 3 at the end of that season. So basically after only 4 months at level 4? Or would they have to wait til December of the following season?
