    General Behaviour Getting Worse

I sometimes go to my local step 3 team, for the first time this year they have had to use 'proper' stewards after many altercations between home and opposition fans as well as this there have been other instances involving fans and players e.g. pints regularly being thrown onto players. Although...

How Much are Your Ref's Fees?

North west counties near me not sure what they’re called elsewhere. First level of semi pro football, although I believe quite a few are still amateur

How Much are Your Ref's Fees?

In Manchester, u13-u15 are £30 and U16+ is £35. OA: middle= £45, AR=£30. County league AR fee is more than supply league here, so the supply league struggles to find ARs.

    Everton vs City

I'm sure relegation battling Everton are overjoyed that they now have an official apology from PGMOL's big boy Mike Riley
  6. J

    Everton vs City

Quick search shows that Chris Kavanagh has a middle tonight. You'd think Riley would at least wait until he'd done that game
  7. J

    Everton vs City

Nope, Riley should know that every premier league club and boardroom is like a sieve, it was always gonna be leaked. No need to hit a man whilst he's down. I accept that an apology should be made but let it blow over a bit more

    Everton vs City

The premier league isn’t a normal business though. In a normal job you don’t have millions of people all across the world watching, criticising you and calling you every name under the sun. Millions of people have seen and know that Kavanagh made a mistake, there’s no need to further humiliate...

    Everton vs City

An apology has come from PGMOL: Can’t imagine that Chris Kavanagh feels too pleased, must feel like a stab in the back.
  10. J

    Everton vs City

Yep I agree, but it’s been and gone now. As a fellow city fan I can assure you that you don’t to justify the decision that Kavanagh gave

    PGMOL referees

Just seen a graphic of the birthplaces of (English) SG1 referees. Only 3 out 20 SG1 referees are from the South of England (all 3 from Bristol) and none of them are from London. Is it just a coincidence that there are only 3 from southern England but 6 from the northwest, or are there more...

This is possibly the worst offside visual ever produced

    Everton vs City

Referees can be denied from entering the FIFA list due to not speaking English?
  14. J

    Everton vs City

Is there any point of making a complaint, it's not gonna achieve anything
  15. J

    Everton vs City

What about communication problems? Lots of Germans speak good English but when wanting VAR checks to be completed asap I'm pretty sure you want native speakers
  16. J

    Everton vs City

There's enough referees in SG1, but not enough referees that they trust
  17. J

    Everton vs City

Kavanagh reffed the Manchester derby last season, if he’s doing that there’s no way they’re not gonna let him be on VAR for city vs Everton. But do agree that when together Tierney and Kavanagh have made some poor decisions this season

    Brentford vs Newcastle

Should be straight red any time someone catches another play in *that* place 🤕 (especially when its a Liverpool player in a cup final). In all seriousness though, I'm with Rusty on this one, doesn't look half as bad in real time
