Added bonus of having a buddy, will be that the teams clock you having a chat beforehand. When I've been observed (ie buddy attending) players seem to be better behaved.

"Interesting" for the majority of refs next match at the dog and duck. Not interesting for PL officials. If PL want to "deviate", then they should have to explain why.

Only possible explanation is "not touched the ball, so not offside". But not for me, Bowen is right in the mix hunting the ball, so offside.

I agree with "stupid", but ... IF the caution/word had been sorted away from the foul and not "on top of it", it wouldn't have happened, unless player went back. I would love to see the second Yellow offence applied more frequently at this level, but it won't be in any other TV game this weekend.

Was the first a yellow? Perhaps some previous in first 45? Unsure about the "management" of the situation to get to the second.

I would at least speak to the league - it might (more than likely) be that there's a number of ref's in the same boat with this team, and the league might consider sanctions against the team a better option than losing ref's?

Simply by broadcasting that conversation (as per both rugby codes), then the participants minds will be focussed on getting the correct rational decision, they won't be just communicating within their own little bubble, and that in itself will result in better decisions being made. The bonus...
