If you are in core you would get transferred to a new region of you moved region boundary. If not your parent county would need to nominate you. If you aren't in now then you won't be in until next season, at least as its a seasonal program

Yes. The FA normally email out the full lists to everyone once all 4-1 promotions have been confirmed. As yet the assessment days for 4-3 and 3-2 are yet to take place so until that happens the list can't be published

The centre lead is able to nominate one referee per centre but they have to be within the top 25%. It's based on feedback from coaches, who is performing well, engagement with the program all things core basically. I wasn't really bothered about the process when I was in core. If I had gotten...

The system works better now imo. It allows the FA to take a more holistic approach to promotion than simple merit based which I think everyone here will agree has it's flaws, as does any system I add. Ultimately you finish in the top 1-3 you are unlucky to not get promoted automatically. So...
