Seems A lot would not agree
do we not deem kicking in the face totally different than the foot. I just don’t know what the defender was supposed to do in that situation. Are you saying he just has to leave the ball. He was caught in the action of just clearing the ball. Like you say about...
Of course I’m not trolling and I’m not being disrespectful to anyone but it seems like you’re not allowed an alternative opinion without being called out. Think it’s a little offending you’d suggest that. Im not saying it doesn’t happen. Im not saying it wouldn’t hurt. Im not saying in law you...
I’ve never once argued I was right in law against what you guys on here say. I clearly know that people on here have a lot more experience than I do and thats why I joined. I ask questions and offering differing opinions to learn and at least I take the time to engage.
Maybe no where near your level and I’m always open to learn but I can also have my opinions and don’t need to agree. Richarlison actually planted his foot and then went down. If he didn’t go down would you still have said penalty.
I understand them, doesn’t mean I have to like them. That would...
Never ever in a proper game of football is that a penalty but we’ve allowed the PL to lead us down this path. He kicked his toe end. It’s not even a foul in the real world. But this is what we’ve allowed the game to become
oh VAR please… was there any contact at all. I might be a ref but I’m still a fan and that looked like and awful decision. I’m hoping to be proved wrong.
Didn’t Encroachment only occur because of the stop on the run up.. how does a player of his quality take a penalty like that. So we think it was definitely a penalty. Hand look quite natural for the jump, back was turned. Quite close.
I never said it wouldn’t hurt. There’s hardly any Chance you’d spot it for a start.. corner comes in, players jostling, a player screams and you’re going to red card for a nip. There’s a reason it’s never happened.
You can’t be giving a red card for nipping someone. That’s not violent conduct. Why don’t you just say to him before the game or during the game. If I catch you nipping you’ll be off, puts the doubt in his mind then.
I honestly feel grassroots refs are let down every week by pro refs. Whether it’s the ridiculous soft fouls they give. They flash yellow cards around like confetti. They constantly get swore at in such an aggressive manor and do nothing about it.
