Today with only club liners. I am on the opposite side and corner of the bench and as the play goes it looks like it is going out for a GK but the 'keeper keeps it in play, At this point I hear a shout of 'sub please ref' So I shout back, "it has not gone out of play , the next time yes"...

The one thing I would say is don't beat yourself up about it, even if you feel you made mistakes. The only way you really learn in refereeing and life in general TBH is by making mistakes and realising it. If you have it in you to self assess then you are part way there IMO

Considering the above, how would you deal with two players from one side and one player from the other receiving assessment for treatment. Seeing as both from one side can't go off would you leave the other player to stay on also?

Do you know this for sure. Waiting for confirmation myself 6-5, but had my letter of 7-6 this time last year

You know yourself if you are unsure and if so should possibly wait for player reaction, but this in itself can be a bad thing I had an incident this week when there was a few players in the box and a defender in an attempt to clear the ball booted it upwards, another defender put up his hands...

I only wear one, which has a countdown function. Most refs have two, I am thinking of getting another one and running my second as a stopwatch. Mainly so I can record easily the timing of bookings etc rather than mentally subtracting. The one I have the wife got me from Argos, no need for an...

When on the line calling an offside and one of the players shouts who was playing him onside, theres no point trying to justify yourself so I just say 'sorry I don't know him personally but he was definatly wearing <insert colour of said teams strip>' works every time and sometimes gets a laugh
