    Personal Hearing

I wish it was a half match fee....... When I had my personal hearing earlier this year, they had calculated my travel expenses and had them ready for my when I arrived!

Junior/Youth First Red Card And Unheard Allegation Of Racism...

Sounds good to me, I would add in about the manager because you won't do yourself any favours adding in information if questioned or called to a personal hearing!

    Red card?

What does everyone make of this? Personally I feel the referee gets it spot on, as the intent was there, although the other player would be receiving a caution for simulation defiantly!

    Liverpool vs. Leicester

To be fair to Mike, we haven't seen it directly from his position, we all should know how different incidents can look from a different angle!

Making a meal of a foul

I have had this before from a player when refereeing a professional clubs youth team, I gave the FK as it was a clear foul, but I got the player and the captain over, explained I knew exactly what he was trying to do and if it happened again I would be cautioning him for simulation. I have...

RED CARD | Wigan's Callum McManaman dismissed for this challenge on Claude Dielna

Possibly he raised his flag for the offside and just as the camera moved a team was making a sub so he changed signal?

    Is it just me or...

This is why I rarely listen to the pundits on MOTD. When they see a decision 6 times from 8 different angles and in slow motion to say its a "disgusting" decision by the officials and half the time they don't even understand the law fully! I always say if you are going to criticise a referee, do...

    Biggest clanger you've dropped?

Having a joke around, you laugh it off and then the players respect you for it! If that is how referees would act in Scotland, I'd like to see how quickly match control would drop!

    Biggest clanger you've dropped?

I wouldn't exactly call it humiliating, It's how you gain respect from players by not being up tight and portraying yourself as a control freak!

    Ruining the game

This is what really annoys me, referees slating one another instead of supporting each other. If someone can say in total seriousness that they have never had a bad game, then they are lying and as referees we should know how hard it is to not rip into each others performances!

    'Mine! Mine!'

If you considered the shouts of "mine" as deceiving an opponent you should have awarded an indirect free kick to the opposing team and caution the shouter!

    Joe Hart

Here's the footage: https://uk.eurosport.yahoo.com/blogs/early-doors/-lucky--hart-appears-to-get-away-with-headbutt-on-referee-142315143.html?cmp=ukfb Personally, I don't see it as a head butt, more just leans his head in towards Michaels, I see it as a form of dissent more than anything!
