I'm old time and think that the winning of the toss should have some advantage to the team winning it. So we should have it as kick off or ends. Don't forget that the winning of a toss at the end of a stalemate used to decide the winner, before penalties of course.

What I have a problem with is catching the players number/face who deserves a caution for a foul but wanting to play advantage am looking to see if play will develop, so end up taking my eye of said player and running with play so can't distinguish player after

Following on from this how would you address the ref to gain his attention. Assuming that you don't have buzzers, do you shout his name as you have already established this or do you shout ref / referee ?
