Thanks guys for your input, I must admit few contrasting views/opinions. I may try something different in my next games... A bit of both, stepped approach, captain talk, then cards. See how it goes, I'll report my findings at a later stage.

@Padfoot this sort of swearing is not directed at anyone. Its almost swearing for the sake of it. Swearing towards me or the opponent will earn them the red all day everyday.

Stepped approach it is then. Gonna test it out next game. I'm getting a tad fed up of those sort of players/people. Some learn and adapt, others must have deep pockets.

I wasn't actually assaulted, but with having my other half with me, I was concerned for her safety, should anything kicked off. Luckily enough his team mates dragged him off to calm him down. It was my other half that called the police, as he had quite aggressive attitude.

Same here, for the junior league.... OA still nothing

Played the only game yesterday in my league on 3G pitch, had to call it off at 60th minute, rain from drizzle to downpour and temperature dropping to 1°C. My other game today, called off yesterday 10am.
