You need your eyes testing then ref (with respect). Off feet straight leg double footed 100 mph excessive dangerous lunge v player who pulled out and was going for side foot block. I would report him now. His club will get fined for nonpayment if it's in the league rules. I would ask just once for the money in future and then report them if they play silly buggers.

By that logic, you'll be agreeing with the player who says, 'well no one said I couldn't punch him'. Players should know and abide by the laws.
