Do it... Very little difference in the games you'll do (at least round here) and just 1 more level out the way for if you ever want to progress further... Also nice to get feedback on performances via assessments
I was always told to hold the card slightly to the side... If you hold it directly between yourself and the player it is likely your arm may block you view of them, however if you hold it slightly to the side you can maintain that view and gaze if necessary

Thanks for the advice lincs... Always a good read :) I did dismiss all 3 players together and immediately realised it was wrong... Luckily all players went to the opposite side of the pitch (to their managers) so I had chance to create a gap between the before sending them for a shower...
