Is it common for people to refuse a promotion to FL AR then or would that just not happen due to previous conversations etc?

Do you not have to decide if you want to be an AR or a referee around about that level then?

Try watching other refs doing games of the same age group it will help massively. Other then that just keep going it gets easier with practise

Also not there to favour one team over the other which is basically what is being implied. Think it's a calculated dig as well but probably correctly calculated as right side of the 'line'

Similar to point above I was wondering if it was fatigue related. Do you have energy drink before/half time?

I think answer is further above, it would pretty much be delaying restart but you would class it as unsporting behaviour. (In my stubborn eyes anyway)

I don't think it is? Jamie carragher took pen early in pen shootout in whatever tournament and was straight retake so don't see why it would be

Agree with all that, only thing which seemed a little off point was the fact he was touching Britos I noticed, not exactly man handling him don't get me wrong but I'm sure that is dodgy territory ( shoe on other foot we would be telling them to get hands off!)
