Junior/Youth Player walking away when trying to caution him

Most of you will probably be a bit underwhelmed with this but...I read somewhere other day a tip that really stuck with me about always write down the captain on both teams number! Fair few times I have completley forgotten who the captian is on one or both sides. At my level there isn't always...

Villa v Middlesborough - red card rescinded

You would expect a ref at that level to have some kind of discipline official (can't think of wording) who they would run these things by first before submitting report?

new ref when are cards appropriate?

Pretty much all of the above, be sensible, if there is a deliberate handball on the line to deny a goal you will still have to send off but if for example there was an accidental trip to deny an obvious goalscoring opportunity in the penalty area I wouldn't necessarily give a yellow for that at...

Villa v Middlesborough - red card rescinded

I was just about to post same thing. A lot of talk on fb about it. Personally I think it's a yellow, at full stretch it isn't a dangerous tackle it's a straight forward trip possibly a bit higher then intended but I don't think excessive force it is reckless so a yellow (plus stopping a...

    'Back pass'

It is very similar to when a defender knocks it up then heads it yes but probably an oversight that it isn't specified in law as someone mentioned above

You are far more likely to call someone offside if you have a AR CAR or not with his flag up then if you are trying to somehow work it out for yourself. Not all CAR are useless fair few of them are pretty decent I find. Personally if I'm not sure on an offside and I don't have one I will allow...

How does that work then one team has the advantage by having a CAR there. Unless you are dismissing the CAR I can't see how you can possibly operate with 1.
