It was more just for an observation, I know i cannot be a specialist until then but in the women's game you start at L4 and can progress to W3 but if your a L5 in the mens game your automatically a W3

Hi i had my first observation yesterday as an assistant, i got a score of 72, just wondering what i can do to improve if im going for promotion on these or whether these are good enough for the promotion scheme

Hi, This season I want to challenge for promotion. Has anyone got any tips on what i could do to handle games better or just be a general referee so I don't get picked up by assessors in different game situations.
