I have quite a few coloured shirts. My CFA let’s us wear coloured shirts so I will sometimes stick a different colour on it I feel like it.

Just seen that the ref stop have released the new Nike referee orange shirt. I was told ( I can’t remember where) that the orange shirts were only for National list, SG2 and SG1 officials. Hence why you couldn’t find the orange shirt anywhere before now. Anyone got any clue?

Of course. It doesn’t mess with procedure. Instead of writing in a notebook, I just award the foul, give a couple of short peeps of the whistle and pull out my yellow card. When they come to me, I pull the sharpie out of my top right shirt pocket and then ask their name and get their number...

I have some card stickers which I can actually write full names on. And I have a different set for when I trust team sheets.

Thanks for this information. I am considering dropping my Apple Watch and just using (for distance) my spintso S1 Pro. I thought it was a bit much too but I seem to usually get a fair amount run when I’m on the line. I get what you mean about the smart watches. Sometimes I feel like that. I do find it interesting to see how far I’ve run so do like to keep track of it.
