Ashley Young just said the referee put Fernandes off his penalty by bumping into each other. What a load of old poo

Thought that was a good input on VAR for the penalty decision. Didn’t like that players were essentially allowed to crowd around the monitor!

    City Vs Spurs

My point is that the red card last season to Fernandes against Spurs would be on the lower end of ‘the bar’. Yet the officials still looked at that, VAR included, and said red card. The officials looked at the MLS red card last season and decided red card. Again, fairly low bar. So do you see...

But the bar can’t be higher’d or lowered, as it doesn’t exist. PGMOL officials are very very inconsistent and generally quite poor when it comes to deciding on SFP. Have been for a very long time. I’m on the fence with this one and feel the SFP question could go either way.

    Liverpool Vs Bournemouth

It’s nothing to do with point scoring. It’s to do with having an opinion, something we’re all entitled to. Unfortunately someone decided to make it personal. That person also happens to be a mod who gets away with whatever they please. I reported them earlier this week for bullying another...

You don’t see the point of people putting various arguments forward? You understand how forums work, right? Yes the referee and VAR made decisions in the day. We then discuss them. And yes, we’re allowed to now only disagree with the professionals, but each other also

I apologise. Completely forgot we must all agree with 3 or 4 peoples opinions. Opinions that are normally kissing the backside of PGMOL and co

    8 second law example

For those involved in futsal, is there such attention paid to the count as 11 a side officials seem to be making? I understand people do it, but there seems to be any which way to not have to actually penalise for the 8 second. Whether that’s delaying the count because the goalkeepers hair is...

But we should be given access to see if this is the case. I don’t believe in corruption or conspiracy theories. But I can’t accept error on such basic things. If they do confirm a human error in that MO didn’t check the footage enough, that’s not far off being as bad as the Darren England...

    Bedford Town vs Telford United

I wonder if there had been something before this. The referees whistle tone and body language suggest to me so. In reality, you’d like to think he’d ask AR or 4O to confirm if he’s seen what he thinks he’s seen. You don’t want to end up in a situation like this, where you’re the only person...

    Junior/Youth Question about payment

Never ever heard of this. Anytime I had a split fee, had to chase both myself!

    Liverpool Vs Bournemouth

2 wrongs don’t make a right. Just because the government don’t always do it doesn’t mean PGMOL shouldn’t. With everything becoming more Americanised and players now getting interviewed at half time and when they’ve been subbed, I don’t think it’s a stretch to release a bit of audio.
